Caregiving: What Is It?

Many times a caregiver would never think of himself or herself as a caregiver. Instead they consider themselves as merely a family member caring for another family member. They do not realize that the other person that they caring for on a daily basis in an in-home setting is losing momentum to do the things they once had the ability to do. A caregiver many times forgets to take care of there own self as their time is exceedingly devoted to their loved one.
